What is the shipping timeframe for my order?
Standard domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination but generally take 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy for hockey sticks?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that once a stick has been used in play or the factory plastic has been removed, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.
Do Ritual Hockey sticks come with a warranty?
Yes, all Ritual Hockey sticks are covered by a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty against structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic chips, or damage caused by misuse.
How do I choose the correct stick length and bow profile?
We provide a comprehensive Sizing Guide on each product page. Generally, the stick should reach your hip bone. Bow profiles (Low Bow, Ultra Low Bow, etc.) should be chosen based on your playing position and drag-flicking preferences.
Which payment methods do you accept?
